About Me

My photo
katie hamilton
I am a stay at home mom with a one year old daughter, who has rekindled my love for macrobiotic philosophy and cooking. I attended the Kushi Institute in 02, where I became a Certified Macrobiotic Counselor. I studied astrology with the Faculty of Astrological Studies, and intensely on my own. It continues to fascinate me all the time, and I love to share with others this path to self-discovery.
